We boast an intimate family run B&B in a Grade II listed Victorian property situated the picturesque area of Bocking, near Braintree in Essex.

We offer a pleasant personal service to all those that stay and can recommend local areas of interest to visit.  Our rooms are of a very high standard so that all you need to worry about is relaxing!

15 minutes walk into the centre of Braintree or the regular bus if you'd prefer.  However during your stay your stay ensure a look around the beautiful village of Bocking with it history, astounding countryside views and of course sample one of our many pubs!

We are also very near to the The Fennes estate and Towerlands centre if you are looking for a place to stay during a special event.
